New Camera...

Okay, so we've actually had the camera for awhile, but I'm just now getting around to chatting about it.

We made the big jump to a digital SLR camera recently. Upgraded from our pathetic 3.1mp Sony Sureshot (or whatever the hell it was) from 1999!!! And when we upgrade we go for broke. We got the 10 mp Canon Rebel XTi. This camera is friggin' Sweet (with a Capital S, thank you!). I have had an absolute blast re-learning how to use an SLR camera. Digital is so awesome because you can see your mistakes immediately! It's great.

Cooper is a phenomenal subject. We took him out (please don't laugh!) squirrel hunting a few weeks ago, and the resulting pictures were astounding. Not sure if it was becasue of the camera, or because Cooper was 100% in his element that day. Either way... the results are here for you to judge....
